Applicants should ideally have previous outbound telesales experience, be target driven and have an excellent telephone manner with good organisational, communication and IT skills. You are required to achieve and maintain individual performance standards to help meet departmental objectives. You will conduct all calls, inbound and outbound, efficiently and professionally ensuring customer satisfaction and provide a consultative sales service of the company's products and services as required. You will conduct fact finds with clients, create proposals suitable to the client's requirements and ensure completion of the paperwork.
